Yin & Yang Yoga with Erica — Balance for Body and Mind
We start the morning with a delicious breakfast buffet that energizes for the day's yoga.
Then a pass awaits, in which you will gain both vigor and recovery.
We start with dynamic movements that strengthen the body and balance, and end with calm Yin yoga where you get to land, relax and find stillness.
After yoga, you are welcomed into the spa area to enjoy the warmth of the bath and sauna — the perfect end to a morning filled with energy, presence and harmony.

YinYoga with Ulrica — deep rest
We start the morning with a delicious breakfast buffet that gives the body energy and peace of mind before yoga. 🥐☕
Then follows Yinyoga, the calm yoga where you get to land, let go and give your body time to recover.
We stay longer in the positions to soften the hips, back and connective tissue, letting the breath calm the mind.
After yoga, we welcome you into the spa area, where you can enjoy the warmth of the bath and sauna — and let the day continue in the same gentle feeling of calm and presence.
