The brewery in Götene is a small-scale cheese company with great respect for the food craft. Since 2014, carefully selected Swedish hard cheeses have been matured in the old brewery in Götene. Götene's affinor and cheese expert, Ulrika Åkesson, guides you through cheese's fascinating journey from young and curious to mature and complex. With both knowledge and presence, Ulrika opens the door to the world of cheese: how maturity affects taste and texture and why Swedish hard cheese holds such a high class.
