The first weekend in May is a celebration in Kinnekullebygden! Artists are opening their studios. Cafes, restaurants and local producers sell and serve refined delights.

Experience the blooming plateau mountain Kinnekulle and discover the creative urge and creativity you too!

The Spring Round as a modern expression of this tradition also immediately became a success, and is now an established folk festival. Meet nature and all our exhibitors when spring is just around the corner at Kinnekulle! Long-distance guests, returnees and all who live in the area - warmly welcome!

We are open for lunch between 12 - 2 pm and serve spring dishes as well as our salad buffet with coffee and cake after meals for 189 SEK/person.

Choose from the following dishes:

• Herb fried chicken fillet with roasted delicacy potatoes, ram-onion pesto, primroses and buttered sky.
• Hot smoked salmon with lukewarm potato & primrose salad, rum sauce and lightly pickled cucumber
• Vegetarian lasagna with legumes from Nordisk Råvara and zuccini from Lilla Labäck, tomato, layered cheese and chives aioli.
